			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The next release of iTunes will allow users to rent movies over the service, giving you a 30 day window after choosing to rent the movie, and giving you a 24-hour period within which to finish watching it once you&#8217;ve sat down and hit the play button for the first time.</p>
<p>Users will have to get the new 7.6 version if iTunes to download rented movies, which will also requires QuickTime 7.4 to actually watch the movies.</p>

They seem to take pride in the appearance of their hardware, like they&#8217;re more of a fashion company than a technology giant. However, their latest product, the MacBook Air is the <a title="MacBook Air @ BBC News" href="http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/technology/7188849.stm" target="_blank">world&#8217;s thinnest laptop</a>, weighing just 1.36kg and while it still proves my point, it does seem appealing.</p>
<p>Compare this to the <a title="ASUS Eee PC Home" href="http://eeepc.asus.com/uk/index.htm" target="_blank">ASUS Eee PC</a> and you might find you start asking yourself &#8220;what exactly do I want a laptop do to?&#8221;</p>
<p>I&#8217;ll be waiting for the up-coming 10inch model of the Eee PC, the 1001, due in Q2 2008.</p>
