They seem to take pride in the appearance of their hardware, like they’re more of a fashion company than a technology giant. However, their latest product, the MacBook Air is the world’s thinnest laptop, weighing just 1.36kg and while it still proves my point, it does seem appealing.

Compare this to the ASUS Eee PC and you might find you start asking yourself “what exactly do I want a laptop do to?”

I’ll be waiting for the up-coming 10inch model of the Eee PC, the 1001, due in Q2 2008.
